Autumn means the prospect of getting up in the dark. You could argue it makes dragging yourself out of bed a little harder.

    hey NP! i’ve been lapse in checking here, but glad to be back and checking regularly-ish. i’m so gutted that i didn’t get to hang out with you in London – i was busy making my way back from Paris, [where it is dark until 8am but with the most amazing sunrises].
    i’m sorry that you were having a bit of a shitty time of things, glad that the sunnier side of life is heading your way again and i look forward to boney m ipod singing. in fact, if you massacre their song, it could feel like a teensy bit of revenge.
